Our goal is to provide a proposal no later than the end of the following business day. The more information you provide with the initial request, the faster and more accurate that proposal will be. If you have a specific time deadline for your bid, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
- • Matrix material (epoxy, cement, polyacrylate, etc.) including manufacturer/supplier
- • Aggregate material including supplier.
- • Any non-standard elements, such as splayed/radius treads, metal strips, high polish (above normal 200 grit) etc.
- • Delivery information (shop or job site, for example)
- • Anticipated need date for your project.
- • Drawings and piece count of all material with accurate measurements. (See our Shop Drawing Templates here for assistance.)
While architectural drawings can be helpful for design intent, they normally include items that are not part of the precast scope of work. Although, helpful for a big picture view, we need the information in Question #2 above to provide an accurate proposal.
- • Scope of the job. Large jobs with complex pieces will take longer to complete.
- • Availability and delivery time of materials from suppliers.
- • Our current backlog of work.

We provide samples for the approval process. We will need your formula and a control sample to match.
If you have found a sample on the NTMA site or another industry site, you can purchase that sample directly from them as your control sample.
If you find a sample at one of the other industry websites, we can get the formula from them and make a sample for you.
Delivery of our product to your specified location is included in our pricing. The customer is responsible for the off-loading of all materials, which will normally require a loading dock or appropriate forklift. We are a custom manufacturer only, so installations are controlled and arranged by the customer.
Yes, we can do mock-ups. Pricing will be in addition to the proposal.
Shop drawing approval is a necessary step to ensure that we produce exactly what you need.
Yes, we can. Sizes possible are influenced by formulation and thickness.
This will be dictated by your architect/engineer based on the open span or configuration of the stairs. In addition, if we see a potential problem at the time of the bid, we discuss it with you, the customer.
Not always. It is dependent on building codes in your particular area and is dictated by the architect in their design. You can see many examples of abrasive lines on our website.
